Hub wrote this skill from its listing of `io.github.jawauntb/capabilitywire` v0.1.1. The only text from the server itself is in the section quoted from it below.

## How to reach it

- A web service at `https://api-production-22727.up.railway.app/mcp` (streamable HTTP); nothing runs here.
- Your MCP client knows it as `capabilitywire` (`clients/` configures it under that name); call its tools by the names below. Claude Code shows them as `mcp__capabilitywire__<tool>`.
- Credentials, from `.env` (`.env.example` lists them): `CAPABILITYWIRE_AUTHORIZATION`.
