Hub wrote this skill from its listing of `io.github.girapphe/memostem` v0.6.3. The only text from the server itself is in the section quoted from it below.

## How to reach it

- A web service at `https://www.memostem.com/api/mcp` (streamable HTTP); nothing runs here.
- Your MCP client knows it as `memostem` (`clients/` configures it under that name); call its tools by the names below. Claude Code shows them as `mcp__memostem__<tool>`.
- No credentials.
