Hub wrote this skill from its listing of `dev.ngrok-free.sympathy-myself-jogger/agentbridge` v0.9.1-rc.29. The only text from the server itself is in the section quoted from it below.

## How to reach it

- A web service at `https://sympathy-myself-jogger.ngrok-free.dev/discovery/mcp` (streamable HTTP); nothing runs here.
- Your MCP client knows it as `agentbridge` (`clients/` configures it under that name); call its tools by the names below. Claude Code shows them as `mcp__agentbridge__<tool>`.
