Hub wrote this skill from its listing of `com.twelvetake/reaper-mcp` v1.9.0. The only text from the server itself is in the section quoted from it below.

## How to reach it

- The client starts it as a local process (stdio): `uvx twelvetake-reaper-mcp==1.9.0`.
- Your MCP client knows it as `reaper` (`clients/` configures it under that name); call its tools by the names below. Claude Code shows them as `mcp__reaper__<tool>`.
